How long will it take before we are using our system?
Great news! Your system is live and you have access to it immediately.
Our set up typically takes 2-3 weeks from the time we have our initial kick off meeting, however some of this is based on how organized you are. During this time, you are welcome to login in and explore as we create and implement.
Our ongoing trainings are designed to break up the learning, so there is less overwhelm. We encourage our Done For You Clients to break up their implementation based on the milestones we are training on. After each training session, we encourage you to begin using those elements so things can gradually become more familiar to you.
What happens if we need help beyond our done for you set-up?
We love helping clients long term. For some clients we are their lifeline and their marketing team. If after completing the Done For You, you're still wanting ongoing support, we have both project packages and retainer services available.
Project packages are great for businesses that can handle most of the sales and marketing for their own business, but just need a little help every now and then. They simply purchase a 10 or 5 hour block that can be used for projects associated with Automation on a Mission.
For other clients that know they will have ongoing marketing needs, we offer a reduced rate for a minimum monthly commitment and this time can be used for projects and tasks associated with Automation on a Mission.
How much time is required of me and my team?
We strive to make as much of the set up hands off for you until it's time to begin using. However there are parts of our set-up that we will require your time and participation.
For example, connecting to your various business accounts in this era of increased security requires you to participate. Getting familiar with your voice and your brand guidelines is most efficient when we have an opportunity to interview someone from your team.
Estimate between 4-5 hours during our set up to ensure we have all the tools and answers we need to set us all up for success.
What is NOT included in our Done For You Set-Up?
Our work begins when you have your prospects entering the system. That means, lead generation and the various tools and strategies for how you will do this are not included.
Because every business is different and your sales process is different, we do not guarantee results. We have had tremendous success with the strategies we are implementing, but we leave the magic of those results to you and your team.
What if I want more?
This is the true beauty of our system and this marketplace, your potential growth is endless. You might want more VA's to help you behind the scenes.
